Product Introduction
Multi functional abrasive particle analyzer
Brief introduction
Spike ChaoMulti functional abrasive particle analyzerLaserNet 215 follows and meets the ASTM D7596 standard, enabling rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of equipment wear (quantitative monitoring of total ferromagnetic particles and counting of large-sized ferromagnetic particles) and oil contamination (oil contamination level, ISO, NAS contamination level). It mainly consists of two modules. One is particle counting (i.e. the degree of oil contamination), which directly captures the morphological characteristics of various solid mechanical particles, automatically calculates the size and quantity of abrasive particles, and automatically calculates the pollution level of the oil according to ISO, NAS, and international mainstream pollution evaluation standards; The second is ferromagnetic particle detection (equipment wear level detection) with built-in high-sensitivity magnetic sensors, which can detect the concentration (ppm) of ferromagnetic particles and the total number and size of ferromagnetic particles larger than 25um.
2、 Particle counting function
1. Based on direct imaging technology, the appearance contour and projected area of each solid particle are automatically captured, and the equivalent circle diameter is automatically calculated. Completely consistent with the particle size evaluation method defined in ISO11171.
2. According to the pollution rating standards of ISO4406-1999 and NAS1638, automatically calculate the level of oil pollution;
3. Customizable pollution level (such as automatically calculating pollution level according to China's power industry standards and national military standards);
4. Can measure dark colored fluids (such as deteriorated hydraulic oil, compressor oil, gear oil, etc.);
5. Wide detection range, capable of detecting highly contaminated oils up to ISO4406 level 27 pollution level;
6. No calibration required, provide pollution level calibration standard solution certified by the American Institute of Standards and Materials for daily calibration;
7. Capable of automatically identifying water droplets and bubbles, effectively identifying the impact of water droplets and bubbles in the tested oil sample on the detection results.

4、 Ferromagnetic particle detection technology
The ferromagnetic wear particles in the tested oil can cause changes in the impedance of the inductor coil when they flow into or through it. By detecting the impedance changes of the inductor coil, it is possible to detect:
1. Total amount of ferromagnetic particles (PPM);
2. Size and quantity of ferromagnetic particles.
Main features:
1. The correlation with the concentration of Fe element in the spectrometer is greater than 90%;
2. Detection range 10-2000PPM;
3. Detection accuracy: 10PPM;
4. Resolution: 5PPM.
